LARRY PINK THE HUMAN MIGHT DELETE LATER

While both the band name and the track title suggests that Larry Pink The Human don’t take themselves too seriously, ‘Might Delete Later’ has a meaning beyond its affiliation to social media. As the band explain, the track is “about a realisation of self. Titled with a common phrase used to buffer people’s true intention. Irony employed to mask a real feeling that you’re too afraid to share”. If there is one sure-fire way to get people to listen to your message, it’s to bury it within some modernised, anthemic Brit-pop, and that’s exactly what they do here, combining perfect melodies with a wash of electronics. - Dan Peeke
